Chiltern House Medical Centre is part of PCMS Ltd and is located in the heart of High Wycombe, on Temple End.

Our team includes GPs, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Phlebotomists, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Pharmacists, as well as our Practice Manager, Patient Services Manager, IT Manager, receptionist, administrators and medical secretaries.

We offer a full general practice service and run extensive specialists clinics. Please refer to the clinics and services section for more information.

At Chiltern House Medical Centre, we aim to treat all of our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.

We have a midwife who visits the surgery every 2 weeks, so seeing your midwife is now very easy!

Are you sometimes busy or working late? Don't worry, you can now use online access to book appointments with the team at times that suit you. You can also order repeat prescriptions and view your test results online. For more information please speak to a member of our team.
