Your story will be handled confidentially by the non-profit service, Patient Opinion, and may appear (without your name) on their website. Patient Opinion asks the Health Service to respond to the feedback you share, but does not reveal your identity.
Holiday Closure Notice
Please be advised that our surgery will be closed on the following dates: 15th May (from 1.00 pm for training) and on 26th May (Bank Holiday). If you require urgent medical assistance during these times, please contact the Out of Hours Service by dialling 111. The 111 service is available 24/7 and can provide advice, arrange appointments with an out-of-hours GP, or direct you to the nearest appropriate healthcare service based on your needs.
